A sour and tartar easy to make G&T, different but very pleasant specially when enjoyd next to the sea.
- 50ml Fishers Gin
- 7.5ml white wine vinegar
- 2 pinches of salt and vinegar seasoning
- Fill a highball with ice, pour in Fishers Gin and the white wine vinegar.
- Top up with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and use salt and pepper to rim your glass.
