A refreshing version of the classic negroni.
- 35ml Fishers Gin
- 20ml Pampelle
- 20ml Belsazar Dry Vermouth
- 3 x Drops Pink Grapefruit Bitters
- Pink grapefruit
- Pour Fishers gin, Belsazar Dry vermouth and Pampelle or Campari into a mixing glass or jug with ice.
- Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
- Strain into a tumbler and add some fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice.
