Fishers Explorer Tour - Smartphone Safari

We're very excited to introduce details of our next Explorer Tour coming up on the morning of Saturday 3rd August.    

The tour will be a guided nature walk starting and finishing at the Distillery, taking in a variety of habitats including coastal, heathland and marshland.

As well as seeing a wide range of flora and fauna, you will also learn how to take beautiful photographs with your smartphone, hence us naming this Explorer Tour -

"Smartphone Safari"

We are delighted that our guide will be accomplished wildlife & landscape photographer Harry Read. Harry has guided all over the world, from local tours here in Suffolk to bear watching in the Arctic Tundra!

During the tour, you will learn how to take stunning photos of nature and landscapes with your smartphone; from flowers and plants to birds and mammals, and hopefully reptiles as well...

The itinerary for the morning is -

7.30am Meet at Fishers Gin Distillery, Welcome and Introduction with Harry
7.45am Bacon sandwiches and pastries served with Coffee, Tea and Juices 
8.15am Nature walk and photography trail commences
10.30am Elevenses at halfway point (Fishers Negronis and Cheese Straws from Friday Street Farm Shop)
12.45pm Return for Ploughman's Lunch with G&T's at the Distillery
